 Did you know that more people find it harder to talk about money than death, politics, or religion?
Our clients were brought up learning that polite people don't talk about money. Many of us also find it awkward or intrusive even as we recognize that money is the root cause of so many problems. Talking about it can make everyone uncomfortable; not talking about it can lead to missed opportunities.
Whether the conversation is about paying or qualifying for services, when we don't ask the right questions or make our clients comfortable talking about the topic, we miss valuable opportunities.
