In support of the Aging Agenda HCAAA received $200,000 from City Health and Human Services Director Stephen Williams.  These funds were allocated for the purpose of clearing our Dental wait list - which had 105 clients waiting at the beginning of May.  As a result of the dedicated and diligent work of staff and our dental provider, we have cleared the list - with the majority of the waiting clients having received their treatment plans and dental screening and/or services.  The use of the City funds allows us to accept additional requests for dental, vision, hearing, legal assistance, and prescription assistance services.
