The field specialist provides direct assistance to the Care for Elders Access Network Partner organizations' case managers and/or enhanced information & referral specialist and clients.  In FY 2009- 2010, our field specialist completed more than 1,400 activities with clients or on their behalf. The most frequent activities are shown in the chart below.
